RESPIRA

Body, Mind & Breath in flow

Breath works to bring moment to moment fuel to every cell in your body, removes excess CO2, reduces stress, protects your lungs, heart and regulates your nervous system.

Reduce Stress
Regulate Nervous System
Release Stuck Emotion
Improve Sleep
Lower Blood Pressure
Boost Immune System
Build Endurance
Increase Resilience
Reprogramme Addictive Behaviour
Change Your Life

Breathing between 5 - 6 breaths per minute helps to synchronise your heart and blood pressure, strengthening the vagus nerve, thus supporting the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest).Diaphragmatic breathing (down into the belly) gently massages your internal organs, aiding digestion, liver function, thus promoting blood circulation and fluid flow.Breathwork aids restful sleep by activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), which slows your heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline, norepinephrine).Nasal breathing filters out toxins, reduces stress and releases nitric oxide which widens blood vessels and aids oxygen absorption to every cell in your body.

Supercharge your physical, mental and emotional health by learning to use your breath as an energetic pathway into your body/mind, live with presence, recognise addictive patterns of behaviour, their roots, initiate change from within, build resilience as you learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, and truly become the creator of your own life, one breath at a time.

Breathwork can be the most spiritual of practices, and yet it is also pure science. It is physics, chemistry, biology, it is both our vulnerability and our power.A simple, not always easy way, that is both gentle and fierce.

"The greatest gift you have as a human being is simply to feel, all of life."
